The Baptist State Convention of Michigan requests that the program leader of each event give some time on the program for Bambi Lake's management to promote the annual State Emphasis. We also request that a public statement be made about the Cooperative Program gifts that make Bambi Lake possible.
- 1. Quiet hours are from 12:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- 2. Guests may not bring pets into any Bambi Lake building (except for assistance animals.)
- 3. All groups will allow the Bambi Lake management to welcome the group sometime at the beginning of each retreat, camp or conference and go over additional guidelines, etc.
- 4. Malicious destruction of Bambi Lake property, excessive littering (silly string, shaving cream, etc.) or theft of recreational or other equipment may result in additional charges to the group.
- 5. Guests may not discharge firearms or fireworks anywhere on Bambi Lake property.
- 6. Smoking is not allowed in any Bambi Lake building and is discouraged elsewhere on the property.
- 7. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are absolutely forbidden anywhere on Bambi Lake Property.
- 8. Snowmobiles, four-wheelers and ORV's may not be operated on Bambi Lake property for recreational use without prior permission of the manager. Such permission, if granted, will only allow the vehicle to enter/exit the property via the back entrance on established roadways.
- 9. All guests will observe appropriate Christian dress.

10. Any requests to serve meals outside the standard scheduled times
must be made in advance with the manager. Cooking is not allowed by
guests (except in the campground). Meals will be served as follows:
- Breakfast: 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Supper: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
- 11. Each group will designate a person
in charge who will be responsible to ensure that everyone in their
group understands and adheres to these guidelines.
